The Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs Secretariat (APC) is excited to announce it’s looking for a Conference Coordinator to help bring the 2026 Atlantic First Nations Hybrid Health Conference to life. Taking place February 10–12, 2026 in Moncton, NB, this event will continue the tradition of gathering Chiefs, health directors, treatment centre leaders, navigators, and many others committed to improving health and wellness in First Nations communities. The conference blends in-person and virtual experiences and celebrates the people and programs making a difference across the Atlantic region.
Proposals for the Conference Coordinator role are open now and must be submitted by October 8, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. (AST). The coordinator will play a pivotal role in everything from promoting and registering participants to supporting presenters and ensuring a seamless hybrid event through tools like RingCentral and Sched. This is a great opportunity to be part of something meaningful and help shape one of the region’s most anticipated health gatherings.
How to Submit: Proposals may be submitted by e-mail or hard copy (mail or courier), but an electronic copy is required in all cases. Receipt of proposals will be acknowledged by e-mail if a valid e-mail address is provided. Late submissions will not be accepted.
