Healthcare Pathways for
Indigenous Patients

The Provincial Indigenous Healthcare Resource Roadmaps are from the Anti-Indigenous Racism (AIR) Roadmap Project. This resource aims to improve the healthcare experience for Indigenous peoples in the area collectively referred to as Atlantic Canada by providing information, answering common questions, and sharing links to relevant resources. Each roadmap is a living document meaning it will continue to be updated as information changes.

These documents are available online and in a PDF format. This project was developed and funded by Indigenous Services Canada through the Atlantic First Nations Health Partnership.
