The Passamaquoddy First Nation’s newly developed hybrid lobster boat, called Hybrid One, has been created by P.E.I. engineering company Aspin Kemp & Associates. This innovative vessel features a diesel-electric hybrid system, providing power and efficiency similar to traditional diesel boats while also being able to run on electric power.
