The Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs Secretariat (“APC”) is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor with oil and as sector expertise to review and provide input on opportunities for how Indigenous Knowledge systems (IKS) can be engaged in oil and gas governance, regulatory processes, shared decision-making processes, and co-management regionally, nationally, and internationally, based on perspectives of the Atlantic First Nation communities.
