Executive Director Department

John Paul, Executive Director:  Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs (APCFNC)

Rhonda Wiley, Executive Assistant: Providing support for the APCFNC's Executive Director

Krista Brookes, Sr. Policy Analyst & Legal Advisor: Responsible for all APC corporate matters, i.e., incorporation, bylaws compliance, draft and monitor all APC contracts, review and monitor federal legislation that affects First Nations, research and determine impacts, advise APC Chiefs/technicians on potential impacts.  Advise on internal HR matters. She also works on the taxation, social policy, legal defence fund and governance/election reform files.

Operations /Human Resources Department  

Shawn Holte, Director of Operations: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of administration and human resources

Megan Wood, Administrative Assistant: Providing support for Human Resources and Operations Department

Buffy Peach, Administrative Assistant: Reception, boardrooms, meeting preparation/packages, meeting logistics and office support for APC Files.

Adam Augustine, Chief Informatics Officer: Manages the strategic information technology indicatives and administers the help desk services, network administration and system security.

Financial Department 

Debbie Christmas, Director of Finance: Responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the organizations

Noreen Copage, Finance Assistant: Assists the Director of Finance in the daily financial operations of the APCFNC

Economic Department

Heather Knockwood, Sr. Policy Analyst for Economic Development: Acts as lead on Economic Development, Regional Strategy, AAEDN/training, N.S. Tripartite Economic Development working group and JEDI liaison

Penny Polchies, Policy Analyst for Economic Development: Assists & support the Sr. Policy Analyst with all aspects of implementing the Economic Development Regional Strategy, AAEDN, training/professional development, N.B. business liaison and JEDI liaison.

Wanda Ralph, Economic Development Training Officer: Provides support to the Sr. Policy Analyst and Policy Analyst in the area of Economic Development.

Indian Residential School Department

Vanessa Nevin, Sr. Policy Analyst for Indian Residential Schools: Policy Analyst for the Indian Residential School (IRS), Regional Health Support Workers (RHSW) and Elections files.

Connie Francis, New Brunswick Resolution for Indian Residential School

Fisheries Department

Michael Grant, Sr. Fisheries Management System Advisor.

Amy Moulton, Policy Analyst to Fisheries: Responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships and networking with First Nations Fisheries Coordinators AAROMS, Industry and Federal/Provincial Fisheries personnel.

Gerald Cloud, Fisheries Software Development Coordinator.

Nancy Paul, Administrative Assistant: Provide administrative and logistical support in the areas of Fisheries. 

Health Department 

Amanda Peters, Sr. Health Policy Analyst: Responsible for all Health staff and working closely with communites and government on health issues affecting Atlantic First Nations.

Loraine Etter, Health Policy Analyst: Responsible for working closely with the Health staff in researching, analyzing and developing alternatives to health policies that affect its member communities

Chelsea Googoo, MMAHB Coordinator: Responsible for coordinating all the work related to the MMAHB by providing administrative and logical support with and participate in committees and sub committees meeting

John Sylliboy, AAHRI Coordinator: Responsible for building capacity in the region for First Nation health human resources.

Paula Robinson, NIHB Navigator: Advocating on behalf of First Nations clients with the Non Insured Health Benefits Programs. 

Vacant, Youth Coordinator: Work collaboratively within the Aboriginal Health Human Resources Imitative (AHHRI), the Mikmaq Maliseet Aboriginal Health Board (MMHAB) and the Mikmaq Maliseet Aboriginal Youth Committee (MMAYC) to implement health benefit activities and work plans in the respective regions.

Wanda Paul: Administrative Assistant: To provide required administrative, logistical, analytical and other support for Health conferences, Health Directors, projects, and websites.

Housing & Infrastructure Department

Simon Osmond, Sr. Policy Analyst for Housing and Infrastructure: Overall responsibility for Housing, Infrastructure, Safe drinking water and waste water regulatory initiatives and work-plan activities to identify gaps in current programs and funding frameworks pertaining to First Nation Housing and Infrastructure.

Norah Ward, Sr. Policy Analyst for Housing and Infrastructure: Overall responsibility for Housing, Infrastructure, Safe drinking water and waste water regulatory initiatives and work-plan activities to identify gaps in current programs and funding frameworks pertaining to First Nation Housing and Infrastructure.

Georgianna Barlow, Policy Analyst for Housing and Infrastructure: Policy Analyst 

Colleen Francis, Administrative Assistant to Housing & Infrastructure: Responsible for providing support to the Housing and Infrastructure staff.

Atlantic Aboriginal Economic Development Integrated Research Program (AAEDIRP)

Gillian Austin, AAEDIRP Research Coordinator: Responsible for conducting research that is relevant to Atlantic Aboriginal Communities and organizations, linking their needs with Atlantic university resources. 

Heather Mulligan, AAEDIRP Research Assistant Coordinator: Responsible for conducting research that is relevant to Atlantic Aboriginal Communities and organizations, linking their needs with Atlantic university resources. 

Angie Zinn, AAEDIRP Administrative Assistant: Responsible for providing administrative support services to the AAEDIRP department and operations.
